The Society's 37th Annual Symposium will explore the latest developments in Federal sector labor-management relations and provide hands-on training on implementing the Federal Service Labor Management Relations Statute and other laws that regulate the employment of Federal employees.  This year, particular attention will be given to implementing President Obama’s Executive Order on Federal Labor-Management Relations..

 

Location
The Symposium will be held at the Holiday Inn Crystal City Hotel, 2650 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Arlington, VA, a short ride from National Airport.  The hotel is about 7 blocks from the Crystal City metro station.  A limited number of rooms have been set aside for conference participants at the government rate, single/double, plus tax. For reservations, call 800-HOLIDAY (800-465-4329) or the hotel directly at 703-684-7200 before March 31, 2010, and request group code “SFL.” ”

 

How to Register
To register for the Symposium simply fill out and print the Registration Form (make sure you include your email address), include form of payment, and mail all materials to SFLERP, PO Box 25112 , Arlington , VA 22202. SFLERP accepts Visa and MasterCard with appropriate expiration date and signature. Checks and Training Authorizations, Form DD1556, and Purchase Orders are also accepted and must be made payable to Society of Federal Labor and Employee Relations Professionals, PO Box 25112, Arlington, VA 22202.  For tax-reporting purposes, SFLERP's FIN Number is 23-7283877.  There is an additional processing fee of $15 when paying by purchase order or other forms.  Registrations paid by credit card or purchase order may be faxed to 703-852-4461.  The registration fee includes conference materials, daily refreshments, lunch both days, Thursday evening reception, and attendance to all general sessions and workshops. Early Bird registration expires April 9, 2010.  If you join SFLERP as a member, you automatically qualify to register for the Symposium at the member rate. Once your registration is processed, you will be sent a confirmation by email.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds (except for a $50 cancellation fee) will be issued if you cancel your registration in writing by April 9, 2010.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 9 and purchase orders, training authorizations, etc., will be invoiced.  Substitutions are permitted at any time but the member/non-member rate will apply.
